What is Life Coaching?
It is a form of therapy that the Coach uses to help their client move past fears, old patterns and belief systems, and seeming limitations.
For example: I had a client who couldn’t move past his fear of being misunderstood and was failing to find intimate love in his life. Throughout our sessions together, he was able to recognize and change his thought process by using the tool of self-awareness. He was able to change his old beliefs and create new ones that made him feel happier and understood. He learned that in order to find this love in his life, he must learn to love the parts of himself that he was too afraid to show others.
This is just one example of many forms that Life Coaching can take. It is all about having the space to be open and vulnerable and feeling empowered to move forward!
Clarity Excursion Trips
Our guided trips are specifically designed to give you an experience rich with food, activity and adventure, and inner peace and healing. I say this all of the time: Our trips are meant for anyone. You could be looking for the healing of a lifetime; or you could just be eager for an adventurous getaway. Either way, you will receive what you are looking for and hopefully more. These trips are all-inclusive and are guaranteed to meet your needs. We offer both primitive and cabin experiences, so if you’re not a fan of sleeping on the ground, check out some of our more “glamping style” options!
I also offer custom trip options!
So for example, say you and a group of friends do not want any healing exercises or guided meditations; you are only looking for adventure, a technology detox, and good food. Well, we’ve got you covered!
The main goal of Clarity Excursions is this: We aim to bring others together to connect and rediscover being in the present moment. We value the capabilities of humans and our ability to overcome fear and anxiety, and enter a state of clarity, inner peace, and self-empowerment, all year long.
What is Reiki?
“Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.”
The best way I can describe Reiki to others who don’t fully understand it is this: Reiki is like massage therapy for your insides. Reiki heals the body and mind by touch and by the safe space the practitioner creates for the client. It is almost impossible to not meditate or relax during a Reiki session.
My sessions look like this:
First, I have relaxing music playing and the calming aromas of incense and essential oils filling the air. I then sit you down and explain the history of Reiki and what I will be doing during the session. After that, I give a simple 5-10 minute guided meditation and ask you what you are looking to get out of our session together and/or your intention for the session. Then I begin the practice.
