Clarity Excursion Summer Trip, June 27-30 (Deposit)

Total Cost of Trip: $300 (all inclusive: transportation, food, drinks, equipment, CE t-shirts)

Duration: 4 days.

Lodging: Tent Camping.

Activities: Hiking, Swimming, Kayaking, Guided Meditations & Healing exercises.

Healing Exercises: Morning & Evening meditations guided by Alexis. Clarity Packets provided. These packets will include questions, quotes, and small bits of inspiration to designed to allow you to connect deeper with yourself, your desires, and gain a sense of peace and clarity.

Travel: 5am Lafayette meet up, drive to Arkansas, and 9:30am departure from Arkansas back to Lafayette. Estimated time of arrival on final day: 6:30pm.

$100 deposit due May 1st to reserve spots. Full balance due 30 days before departure.

OVERVIEW:

4 days of activities and exploration through the Arkansas mountains: hiking, swimming, kayaking/canoeing, and eating delicious food prepared by our chef. Clarity Packet exercises are presented throughout trip to help us find a deeper connection within ourselves and with those around us. This is the ultimate trip to get away to recharge and rejuvenate your spirit! We will also be taking pictures that you will be able to download after the trip for your memorabilia. It’ll be one for the books!

Be aware that we kindly ask you to give up your cellphone for the weekend.

Itinerary

  • Day 1: 5 am departure from meeting place. 2pm arrival in Arkansas. Set up camp. Trip Introduction and explore, swim, play, etc. Dinner and Guided meditation.

  • Day 2: Kayak/Canoe day for miles!

  • Day 3: All day hike and explore.

  • Day 4: Finish Clarity Packet, Breakfast, Pack up. Morning swim optional.

Trip Includes:

-        All camp gear, tents, chairs, etc.

-        Food, water, and all cooking/eating utensils

-        Follow-up access to photos from trip.

-        Transportation to and from campsite

-        T-shirts with C.E. Logo

-        Guided adventures and meditations

-        Surprise gifts

What To Bring:

-        Sleeping pad (I recommend a Coleman self-inflating sleeping pad. You can find @ academy, target, or online. If you need more cushion then I recommend doing some research on larger and softer inflating sleeping pads)

-        Pillow and sleeping bag / and or blankets

-        1-2 Swimsuits

-        3-4 pairs of socks

-        4-5 shirts

-        Comfortable hiking or tennis shoes!

-        Headlamp or small flashlight

-        Off spray / sunscreen

-        Minimal personal toiletries (toilet paper will be provided!)

-        Warmer top or lightweight insulated jacket

-        Sunglasses or hat

-        3-4 pairs of pants (outdoor wear)

-        Water bottle or camelback

-        Nature friendly soap! (I recommend Dr. Bronner’s Soap so long as we are not polluting the environment)

-        Any extra personal snacks you may want.
